Nope, but this issue not show in 4.1 beta. but ... it show new errors

I upgraded to 4.1 beta successfully pressing continue to any error notification, but I do not think that this is "healthy".

That error what you see "Can't DROP 'name'"... yes he can't DROP because 'name' is already droped. If i create table manually, he drop it and turn me back "Can't DROP 'name'". 

With every new release someone rerros disappears and someone appears again. 

I hope that one day my board will be upgraded 100% successfully

I hope you didn't upgrade your main board to the beta. You will not be able to upgrade your beta to a full release. That is what @Paul.F is aluding to and it should only be done on test boards.

@Tom S. of course no. My main board is already vB 4.2 and test board is IPS3 (database migrated from vB 4.2).
