Easiest way to upgrade 4.0 suite when updates are available?

So new to the IPS suite & I would like to make sure I keep the software up to date as much as possible.  I already see there has been 1 software update released, and another 4.1 is coming very soon.

So where/how do I download or install the updates for my website?  

Is there an easy way within the dashboard or do I need to download the updates through the directory inside of my cpanel?
