How can I remove the ability to set a gallery image as profile photo?

Hi

When viewing any gallery/album image there is a link that says "set this as my profile photo". Can this be disabled because I find it very strange to allow members to use someone elses photo for their profile photo.   I would imagine it would upset some members too perhaps.

Thought I'd bring this up again because it is very strange and I would like to prevent this from happening if possible.   Thnx
