Control updates blocked

Hi friend!

It is two days on the home page of the admin panel, in the section which they are usually shown updates of board, I have this message:

How can I fix it?

The following tasks appear to be locking frequently: updatecheck.
Please run them manually. If you require assistance with any errors shown please contact technical support.

 

 

If I try to check manually, I have EX0 error!
