No response from 2 tickets for over 48 hours

Hello, I opened up two tickets on the 7th August and had no response from either so far despite updating them asking if it is being looked at. This has made me very unhappy from what is usually a good service provided.

The response time is up to 48 hrs in business day. Weekend they probably only pick urgent tickets.

That would make sense, thank you. Never had to wait nearly 3 days before even at weekends though.
