Hotmail isn't receiving email password resets

Hi I had to make an account on here with another email service provider.

My Hotmail email isn't receiving password resets for my account that I have on here licensed.

I talked to outlook support and said there is an issue with your email server.

its seem hotmail account on oval all don't get password resets or new signs unsure why.
