Is it possible users get notification when their content approved by moderator or admin?

Here ya go. Just import this into automation rules and customize if needed.

Rule: Notify members when content is approved

• Event: Any content has been approved
• Conditions: None
• Actions:
  • Create a new member notification (Create inline notification for member)
