I cannot access block manager in front-end while logged in as Admin.

Does anybody have similar issue ?

Likewise I have the same issue on one of my sites.

To fix this make sure that your moderator permissions are set correctly.

Go to ACP > Members > Moderators. Click your your name or group and make sure that "Can manage sidebar?" is enabled.
