The Honor Empire Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 I was attempting to go through the support tool to submit a ticket regarding failing to upgrade my testsite to 4.0.10.1 when it wiped out all CSS. I tried changing back to the default theme, tried the 3rd party themes, tried even the IPS Support theme that the tool created, and all I see is the image below. I looked at the source and I do not see the CSS files listed. Any idea on how to rebuild the CSS files?
Jim M Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Odds are it was already gone but cached so when you reset the cache via the Suport Tool it became apparent. Please mention this in your ticket or submit one if you haven't already. Thanks!
