nylyon Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I have a member based in the UK who is having difficulty uploading a small image. All he gets is a message "There was a problem uploading the file". I had him e-mail the file to me, and it is < 500KB and I was able to upload it with no issue. I don't see anything in the logs, how can I troubleshoot this issue?
tAPir Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Only a question - did you use a Member account to upload it or your own Admin one. They may be allowed different sizes in permissions.
