I seem to have lost profile banners since upgrade

I may have missed a post about it...the bugged image in the code says

src="monthly_2015_04/SWGoodLuck.jpg.4cc560a7c59b7aacd9960ea4d14c5.jpg

If I change the url to: websiteforumslocation/uploads/  it works

How can I fix this? and had this been reported?

Your templates are probably out of date. There was a suite-wide change to remove the full URLs from the database and create them dynamically through the templates. 

Reverting your (modified?) profile templates should fix it.
