Yeah, it shows only to the file submitter.

@Adriano Faria - I found an option in setting to pin first post after posting topic. Instead is it possible to have another option of pinning the auto-reply post? 

Pinning first post pins the main post and not the auto-reply post. I would like to pin the auto reply post.
Also, is it possible to have the pinned post with a heading like this - http://prntscr.com/u55fst

There's no such setting. The only setting regarding topic state is to lock the topic and post can't be pinned; topics can!

It seems you still have the plugin installed. This is now an application, so take a look in the Plugins page and if it’s still there (it should have been uninstalled automatically) uninstall it.

I don’t read your language, mate. If it still appears on Plugins page, then uninstall it from there. It should only remain in Applications page.

It does not let me uninstall it. Displays an error message:

 

For now, I have disabled it and I hope it does not display the second post.

Do you have any idea about the error that occurs?

The message states: "An error occurred in the configuration or on the server" (code EX1091).

Send a message with ACP access and I’ll remove it.

I didn’t test it but if the group of the member who replied has this set in their group, it should display as it is a core feature. Have you tried it?

We do not use highlight group color option in our forum, for that I ask about this feature option if that possible.

Not sure I’m following. Are you asking me to add a sort of highlight in the reply or if the reply made by a member of a group with the highlight feature will show up when replying?

I use some different attributes but I can't solve it!

Btw, you don't show as purchaser for this file. Support is provided for those who purchased it, unless you're talking in someone else's behalf. In this case, provide the purchase name and I'll check.
