my forum start randomely banning my members

like 40 ppl reported so far that they have been receiving a msg that they got banned for no reason at all.

using 4.0.7.

ive checked logs and no one banned them, and their usergroup remains the same. so i have no idea how they are getting banned :S

they get a msg from the forum saying you have been banned error code 2s160/4
