Just upgraded to 3.4.8 tonight and there was also an update for Chat included.  Currently I have 1.4.0 installed, but it's showing the most current as 1.4.4.  If I run the upgrader with Chat selected it fails as soon as I click next.  I was able to get the board to install fine by unselecting chat, but now I'm stuck on the upgrade screen every time I want to go to my admin CP.

No one uses chat in the community so if I just have to uninstall it to get out of the upgrade loop that's fine.

Anyone have any ideas?
