Feature Request - Limit # of submissions

Not sure if this is already possible, but in Pages, I'd like to be able to limit the number of records/articles a user can submit by user group.

That's probably a mod request rather than something to go into the core.  You might even be able to use the very powerful Rules application that is available in the marketplace to do something like this.
