I have an active license but can't upgrade. Please help

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version and get this message: Your license is currently inactive. You will need to renew before you can upgrade.

I paid and did renew a few days ago but it's telling me otherwise. I've got an 8 day wait for cs to get back to me on this. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks

If you're receiving this message in our Client Area, CS will have to check the status of your account and make sure everything is OK. If you are getting this error in the ACP then you will need to refresh your license status :). Please let me know where you're seeing this area and if it is in our Client Area, I'll see if I can help speed up the process a bit.
