IPS 4.0.3 Calendar Event Stream Date Display Feedback on single day events

When displaying an event date in the Calendar Event Stream

If the calendar entry has a start - end date with the same date.... don't bother displaying the second date.

For example... I have an event that occurs between 11:00am and 4:00pm 

Rather than display ... May 2, 2015 11:00am - May 2, 2015 4:00pm

Simply display  May 2, 2015 11:00am - 4:00pm
