Step 7 is a buggy step. Picks up many errors during upgrade.

Just got an error that says 

/my_root_dir/system/Db/Db.php::1354

Top right has a number 0

If I click retry it just happens over and over.. any ideas?

so I just clicked continue past whatever that last error 

However, I am picking up a ton of errors. I will just edit this post so I don't have to keep bumping this thread.

Sure picking up a lot of errors on Step 7

And I am now stuck in a perm loop of fail

I click  "continue" and get the above over and over

Create a table in your database called "core_search_index" and then click on Retry. That's what I did.
