I create this database in three categories - each for different telecommunication equipment. By creating them no problem. To facilitate the creation of Records, I create three fields of type 'Select box'. Each box contains 10 values.Problem that occurs and I find no solution is:I want each category having only one additional field. In the case which I described, the three fields are valid in all three categories.I think that there is an option if the developers consider for a decision of such a case.What my idea - Each field has permissions - which I think is totally unnecessary. Its functionality can be used to select the category in which this field is active.I think this will be a very good solution for all such uses of the fields.Hey guys - what do you think of this idea? Adlago Posted February 12, 2015 Author Share Posted February 12, 2015 In fact there is good news - now I looked calm the system, I found that in editing category there is a new menu "Form Fields" - which gives a choice that I'm looking for.
