Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
Flitterkill Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Probably not fair to stick this here, and this might have been discussed on the preview site, but this behavior is un-intuitive enough to possible flag as a "bug". Maybe this is a bug? When viewing images in a gallery if one wants to see a larger version they have to slide over to the upper right hover menu and click the diagonal double arrow to bring up the light box. Could we also get the image wrapped in an href to that light box? When I want a larger picture I click the picture; here that does nothing. Easily enough hacked in but this seems to be a core functionality. In fact, this is the behavior in the 3 series. The cursor changes to a magnifying glass when hovering over the image and clicking brings up the larger image in a light box.
opentype Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I agree that the image itself could well be used as clickable area. If I had to choose a function though, I would probably pick the Facebook way of clicking through the gallery.
