Exporting Data [Moving Hosts]

I've just exported my database, I realize that it's around 107mb on my current host but the one I'm moving to - 88mb.

I'm a total newbie here, although it seems it's the 'overhead' section of the database. Is this normal? Could anyone explain how I export the overhead as well?

overhead is something you DON'T want. But gets created over time because things aren't perfect. Overhead is not data, it's literally gaps between the data.
