chilihead Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Can you please allow Chat renewals/extensions before it expires. Every year I have to deal with the "Hey something is wrong with chat" PMs. I tried to renew when I saw it was expiring but it is not possible. A professional site would not have a lapse. Thanks
Hexsplosions Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 I'm pretty sure you can. I get a renewal invoice 5 days prior to the expiry and I am able to pay this without delay.
chilihead Posted December 24, 2013 Author Posted December 24, 2013 Nope, never got one. I got: "Reactivate: IP.Chat: 50 User Limit" after it expired. Just double checked and no Renewal invoice there.

bfarber Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 An invoice for any products about to expire should be generated before they expire. We did have a limited number of accounts that didn't generate invoices previously, but I believe all of them were updated. Please submit a ticket so someone can take a look at your account. This isn't feedback about IP.Chat, this issue would apply to any product, but it shouldn't be happening and someone will need to look at your account to determine why it might be happening at this time. If this occurred about a month ago, it is possible you were affected right before we fixed the issue I referenced and you shouldn't have trouble in the future.
