Suggestion for the Setting: Stop shouting in topic titles

Currently the setting for Stop shouting in topic titles on has a yes or no option. If enabled, it would be nice to be able to select how many characters in a row BEFORE it starts to strip the word. Sometimes a title might have an abbreviation of two or three letters and they should remain capital.
