How to add smile:
go to Manage smilies page in acp and click on Add New Smilie, fill title field and select your emoticon, click add botton.

How to add emoticon:
upload your images to Smilies Images path (default is "public/feelpost/smilies/") and click on reCache button in feelpost ACP page
