With every upgrade i need translate it again and again, because upgrader rewrites changed data. But it's not main problem, it's just a preamble.

The problem is that the information can only be in one language. So, if i translated it to russian then my english users can't understand it. If i will not translate then my russian users will not understand. Very sad situation :)
