How do you edit the welcome message in the top of the skin header?

I followed the steps in the instructions but it looks like there are more instructions required to get images, fonts, css etc installed. There is no skin setting page. What a mess. Can I have some proper instructions please on how to install this?

My home page now looks like this.... Please help or refund.

I receive some help from the forum moderator that resolved one issue. There is a missing step where you need to direct the loaded images to the skin set in a dropdown box. You can do this afterwards.

Instructions are still missing for setting up the social media icon links and changing the welcome message. The welcome message displays prominently on every page even when your logged in. This skin badly needs a skin setup form where these items can be set.

Could the author please advise on what templates/css forms etc to edit as a guide until this is fixed. Thank you.

I really like this skin, however.........

3rd EDIT: If I buy this skin (next week) can I remove the "BY" part in the welcome message? To me it does not make any sense, and just is not needed.

3rd EDIT: Can the second line be removed altogether, it is not even proper English?

Please do not take offence, it is not intended, I just would like to point out what I would like removed before I even consider buying it.

Love the skin. I'm running it with ProMenu 2.1.5 and 3.4.1. However menus with a dropdown sub menu don't show as they do with your other 2 skins Inspired and Success that I also bought.

Anything I cna do to make the sub menus work?

The 'BY' only appears on the index and calendar page views, it disappears however on some of other pages.
