Select Notification Categories

Well, with the current way the notification system works, it's a pain to select 10-30 check boxes in there when you're setting up your notifications.

So I think it would be great if categories in there got their own check boxes as well, so people can select a whole category and not just individual options.

Also, adding the ability to select whole columns (Inline, Email, and Mobile) in the categories and at the top of the page (for example, if I want everything to be inline, I just check a check box at the top of the page).

This would be a great improvement in my opinion.
