This will allow users to upload the .rar file extension on your forum. Download the rar.gif image and upload to public/style_extra/mime_types

To add attachment go to;
ACP > Forums > Attachment Types > Add New Attachment Type

Attachment File Extension: rar
Attachment Mime Type: application/x-rar-compressed
Allow attachment in post? Yes.
Allow attachment in avatars/pictures? No.
Attachment Mime Image: style_extra/mime_types/rar.gif
