Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 According to the copyright line on your board, you purchased your license from http://www.ibresource.ru/, doesn't that mean that you need to contact them for support issues? Unless things have changed on the past years, IBResource is an IP.Board reseller, and purchasing licenses trough them does not make you an IPS Customer.
bfarber Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 If you require technical support you will need to submit a ticket to your client area for support. If you did indeed purchase your license through a reseller, you will need to contact the reseller directly for support. Thanks!
