It would be great if the hours of operation where stated on the phone when you call "after hours" as I'm not sure what the hours of operation are. 2. Also it would be great for a quicker reply via email or forum as I've been waiting for answer since yesterday in the pre-sales section, and from the ticket system.

On the second thing I have not purchased the software yet that's why my question was in the pre-sales area. I tried to purchase it along with a mod which showed the 5% discount advertised but when I go to check out the discount dissapears. I need to either have an invoice sent to me or a coupon code I can use during checkout so it reflects the discount. I'm really anxious to get started. Are you able to help with that?

bfarber Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Also note that, like most businesses, our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday. Given that you posted on a Saturday, there can be a slight delay in getting a response at times. :) While ticket support is available 24/7, our sales team and those answering sales questions aren't always available on the weekends.
