Cleanup Tools

For those who have upgraded from one of those versions ;)

They will (probably) need to use them to fix a few small issues, nothing that you could not live without but they do serve a purpose.

I suppose one alternative would be to move them to an external tool file or something though, although I don't myself at least see any harm with them being present.

Yes, this should be. Those versions are pretty obsolete and not supported any more. External tool would be better solution because lot of current users REALLY do not need those tools and maybe there is a possibility when you run mistakenly (or someone can be just curious what will happens) those tools you can harm your system.

Well, if they were moved to an external file, it should be a browser usable one, not a shell only tool as not all will have this access (and some hosts will not allow any shell access), although having said that if that's the case said host should be willing to run the tool for you. I guess that is tailing off topic though.

These tools do have a place though, for those who come from say 2.0.x (some still use this) and for 1.3 mainly InvisionFree conversions too.
