Does this disapprove those accounts whose IPs do not match while letting other ones pass?

It does not appear to run any IP checks. It merely adds a link to the notification email.

As Mat mentioned it doesn't do anything fancy, just adds a link :)

My little forum only gets a new member every few days so the first thing I do is run the IP through the Stop Forum Spam system. This just makes it a few seconds quicker :)

I have taken over this modification from Alan, I hope to be able to look at it over the next couple of days and let you know

This XML currently works with 3.2 and 3.1 will be releasing it on the Market soon but not tonight :)
