[Suggestion] Reorder User Groups in ACP

Hi,

It would be very useful if it was possible to reorder via Drag & Drop like Forums the User Groups in ACP...

The problem arise when you create new groups... the best is to have the User Groups from the Best to the Worst or from the Worst to the Best, but if you create new User Groups, then this order dissapear and it creates a little of confusion...
