Bypass for Admin Validating for certain User Groups.

I am missing a bypass for Admin Validating for certain User Groups.
Example when a member register as normal Member, then can this the admin validating bypass, while a Member from a other member-Group must wait for Validating. The different member groups can the member example choose in the register form.

All members are Guests at the time of registration, you don't register to be in a different group.

How is the board supposed to know which group to put the person into when they register? If they are allowed to pick the group during registration, then everyone could just pick that group to avoid admin validation. It's a self defeating option that couldn't be implemented realistically.
