Suggestions for ad code integration

I'd suggest to add those feayres to ad code integrator:

• Add custom blocks to footer/header/left/right side of board
  

Each block of code:

• Excempt groups
• Block active/offline
• Included pages, for example, X=Y
• Excluded pages, for example, A=B
• Ability to parse PHP
• Block wrapping template
  

Hope this will add a lot of functionality to all IPB sites.
