Why is Skin Generator forum removed?

I'm just wondering since I noticed all the topics from the Skin Generator here. :unsure:

My hunch would be there were too many feedback forums, the real question might be why not make a forum in the Community Projects area:

The skin generator didn't get many posts after it was out a while. It's an official project not a community project :)
