Suggestion: Ability to create Permissions Reports

I have been dreading doing this for a while, but today I decided to go through and check all the settings of my user groups. Looking for area's that I may have made mistakes on. Comparing settings from one group to the next is really time consuming. Maybe you guys could give us the ability to create reports from the backend and show what settings are being used? Something like a chart that has all the usergroups running across the top.....and then the settings running down the side of the page?

I am looking for a report that would allow me to print out and go down setting by setting and have a side by side comparision of what settings are in place. Rather than flip through pages and pages of settings. The report should even give the settings of the Blogs, Download manager, Shoutbox, Tracker, Gallery,......basically everything.
