Like many users I am usually quite pleased to let just anybody join my website forum, it's a place that was created for fun. Now I've had users come into my forum and pull a lot of stupid and rude stunts, I have banned his IP almost 60 times, banned every email address he's ever registered with and even changed the registration to admin approval only. He still keeps managing to slip though.

I would like an option to be able to only allow current trusted uses to have invites to invite people to join the forum. That way, if this guy shows up again I know who to get rid of. I don't want to close it down as this forum has been around since 2004 but this is getting to be ridiculous, he keeps pinging his IP and creating new emails every day and I've had enough. there is a hook available for that...has the ability to run both invite and walk in registrations..not sure if it logs who has invited who though..might be worth looking into.
