Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
manuel72 Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I have been unable to access forum or ACP (IP.Board 2.2.0) all I get is this message: IPS Driver Error There appears to be an error with the database.
Alex K. Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 You need to have an active license to request support on these forums. If you own IPB, make sure you've paid for a support renewal within the last 6 months, and that you are logged in here using the same email and password you used to purchase IPB. If not, you will need to purchase a license. After you've done this, you will be able to request support via a ticket (which you can mark as critical since your site is offline) or via the peer-to-peer support forums.

manuel72 Posted January 18, 2010 Author Posted January 18, 2010 But the point was that the owner has a perpetual license from IPB and only want's his DB back as it seems it was blocked for some reason..... The particular forum is not hosted by IP server but hosted by the owner himself...
bfarber Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Hello, I'm afraid for technical support you will need to use the client area. You can find that here: http://www.invisionpower.com/index.php?appcomponent=core&module=global§ion=login&do=form
