REQ: set groups to not appear in calendar

A toggle to prevent members of a group from appearing in the calendar (like their birthday), which would work wonderfully when you ban someone, as it would prevent them from ever appearing in the calendar again.

I've always thought that having a quick check for the banned group and not including those in the birthdays would be a sensible addition.
