My Client log in does not work

Hi,
I have sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks about my log in details not working. 2 emails to support and 1 to accounts, con someone please look into this for me?

Yes I am, my client login and password worked the day I bought it, but has not ever since.

Now what is going on? Is everyone on holidays at IPS?

We've not received any Emails from you. At least not from the address you are using for this account.

What happens when you try to log in? Does it give you an error or does it just bounce you back to the login screen?

FWIW, I just logged in for the first time and had the same problem. Turns out that when I copied the password that was sent via email I inadvertently copied a trailing space. This is actually fairly common with a lot of mail readers. Could be an idea to trim passwords as a precaution.
