Posted December 25, 200915 yr Hi, I have sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks about my log in details not working. 2 emails to support and 1 to accounts, con someone please look into this for me?
December 25, 200915 yr The client area and these forums use the same login database.. I assume you're logging in there using the same details that you used to log in here?
December 29, 200915 yr Author Yes I am, my client login and password worked the day I bought it, but has not ever since. Now what is going on? Is everyone on holidays at IPS?
December 29, 200915 yr We've not received any Emails from you. At least not from the address you are using for this account. What happens when you try to log in? Does it give you an error or does it just bounce you back to the login screen?
December 29, 200915 yr FWIW, I just logged in for the first time and had the same problem. Turns out that when I copied the password that was sent via email I inadvertently copied a trailing space. This is actually fairly common with a lot of mail readers. Could be an idea to trim passwords as a precaution. Anyhoo, hope that helps.
