splat! is a nice, clean skin and is named after its watercolor and paint textures. The skin utilizes a hover effect on each of the forum rows, has a slightly customized profile view, and comes with psd files for the banner, new post icons, post buttons and topic buttons.

The skin is compatible with: IP.Board 3.0.x, and the most recent versions of Gallery and Blog.
