Spider-Man Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Err is Invision Support Ticket system not working? They keep telling us if there's a problem or if we have a question we need to contact support. It's like 22 hours to 15 hours on my tickets and I'm getting no response at all.

We are currently experiencing a much larger than usual number of tickets and so it may take slightly longer than usual for a response. Our guaranteed response time is 48 hours, however, which all of your tickets seem to be under. Thank you for your patience during this time.
