Err is Invision Support Ticket system not working? They keep telling us if there's a problem or if we have a question we need to contact support. It's like 22 hours to 15 hours on my tickets and I'm getting no response at all.
Do you have a ticket ID number we could look up?
Your tickets have been received by the system and will be addressed by a technician shortly.
We are currently experiencing a much larger than usual number of tickets and so it may take slightly longer than usual for a response. Our guaranteed response time is 48 hours, however, which all of your tickets seem to be under.

Is there no faqs or documentation files on version 3 and above to cut down the questions on certain features that people like myself may have?
