Account deleted?

Today I went trying to log into my account, mike@tubink.com, and apparently it was deleted as I can't log in with the right details. My last invoice number was "187187", and that was on November 22nd. However I was never notified of my account being missing and such. Does this mean I have to pay $150 AGAIN to use IP.Board?

No, you won't have to pay $150.00 again.

If your Support has expired, you pay only $25 to renew it for 6(?) more months.

This is the weekend, and the offices are closed. Call them tomorrow morning (Feb 23) and they will get it straightened out.

I know this, however it has not been 6 months since my last renewal, and my actual account to log into, to see my invoices does not exist anymore. I was planning on calling tomorrow anyway, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.

Ah, ok, I misunderstood you. So you can't login to the Client Center on the main company page then.

Sounds like a hiccup in the system. It's never happened to me, thankfully.

Yup, a call to IPS tomorrow is in order.

You need to E-Mail accounts@invisonpower.com or call us.

For what it's worth I did check and there is no account under that E-Mail address, I've never heard of us deleting accounts though (we'd disable it if there was a problem, but not delete) so I'm assuming there was some kind of hiccup. I can't access the billing area of the system to find your account based on the invoice number you gave, but if you call or E-Mail someone who does will answer :)

That invoice number is tied to a gmail address. If you're uncertain what that e-mail address is, please contact us, prepared to provide the last 4 digits of the card used, your name and address.

Thank you.
