A Friends List Addon -> Create a new custom-group. (the-same as in the msn messenger).

And a semi-suggestion;
"but the others willn't seen these custom groups, as in the msn also" :)
So, when i look to a friend's profile, i will see the persons, not the custom groups he/she has...
