Posted July 16, 200816 yr I had a ticket where the person didnt reply my question for 3 responses, and just a suggestion, for the future, if they dont know, id prefer for them to say, Hi, im sorry, i do not know, let me move this over to *whoever knows*. Other then that, you guys provide an awesome service, i love the forum, and yea, keep it up, ^_^
July 25, 200816 yr I'm guess the staff would want to give their answer just if you were talking about your relevant problem / they are busy and can't reply to your ticket. If you send a message to their support-department and you would know about "IPS Resources Forums" (where people can post their problems/questions) so you can explain yourself why they are not gonna give you an answer. You'll need to wait for 'IPS RESPONSE'.
