I'm having problems accessing the client area ticket submission page. when i click on the 'Your Ticket' link it process the IPB header and menus but doesnt display the ticket page, its all white. same thing happens for 'Your Purchases' but then i dont really need that.
Working fine here. Have you tried another browser?
i think it needs to be enabled by the support team. i have another account and its working perfectly, i've posted a ticket there but didnt get a reply so tried here.
lol ... i just noticed, im on my other account! :lol:
btw, account fully activated now.
