Yes, phone support is provided with our packages (provided you call within our hours of operation).

I'm confused... according to the purchase page, you only get phone support with Business, and 30 days phone support only with the Standard. Which is correct?

The Standard license, which you were asking about, comes with 30 days of telephone support and 6 months of ticket support via your client center as seen here:

So I have not called at all but when does my 30 days start. When i first call?

30 days from purchase of software.

Same way with ticket support. 6 months from the purchase, not 6 months from the first ticket.
